SCDJ is newly born in Autumn 2021. We've all been through a lot recently and we need even more ways to find joy and a new rhythm. Sutton Community Dance [SCD] is a large dance school in South London where all kinds of people 'move their feet'. SCDJ is for those of us who love dance and want to 'shape the beat'.
With many youth clubs closing, a lot of schools having cutbacks in the arts and many commercial studios being expensive to hire, SCDJ exists to help as many people as possible get the chance to get hands on with dance music DJing and production.
In a nutshell, SCDJ is a dance music training community. If you want to learn to DJ, whatever dance music you like then SCDJ is for you. If you want to start from scratch and create your own music, with top notch software, we are here to help and guide you.
